Surrounded by the stunning spectacle of natural Uganda, the Budongo Eco Lodge is located in the heart of Budongo Central Forest Reserve, home to an abundance of rare forest bird species and one of the largest communities of chimps in the country. This excellent eco-tourism site provides comfortable and clean accommodation in its six delightful eco-cabins which feature large comfortable beds with mosquito nets, en-suite bathrooms with hot and cold showers, sitting areas with day-beds, and private verandahs overlooking the forest.

Offering an authentic safari experience, guests can choose from a number of accommodation options including the lodge’s 12 self contained bandas which have been constructed on raised wooden platforms and feature eco toilets and outdoor showers, comfortable beds and private terraces overlooking the seasonal Kamera river. The lodge also offers two self-contained tents, and for the more budget conscious, 10 non-self-contained tents.
